Behind the Cartel
I'm Jan Dubsky, founder of Cream Cartel Creative. Over 12 years in hospitality operations across the UK, Asia, and the Middle East, I've worked every side of the floor — chef, bartender, waiter, manager — across licensed and non-licensed venues, from casual spots to luxury hospitality.That range taught me something simple: this industry can transform lives, for the professionals running it and the guests it serves. Cream Cartel is how I try to contribute to that — building a network of people, products, and services that make restaurants better places to work and to eat.
